Why Kount Consulting Exists
Kount Consulting was founded in 2021 with a simple observation: too many business owners were losing hours every month to bookkeeping they never signed up for.
Sole traders, landlords, contractors and small limited companies were stuck with two options. They could pay large accounting firms with hourly rates and unpredictable bills, or they could do it themselves and hope nothing slipped through the cracks. Often something did, in the form of missed deadlines, late-filing penalties, or year-end accounts that were stressful to pull together.
We set out to offer something better. We brought ACCA-level expertise to everyday businesses and paired it with a fixed-fee model that keeps everything transparent from the first conversation.
Since then, we have helped UK residents and overseas founders set up proper financial systems, stay compliant with HMRC and Companies House, and make better decisions with numbers they can actually understand.
